home sales and purchases, I always take pride in helping my clients achieve their goals. Experienced in
existing home, estate sales, short sales, as-is cash sales, new construction, renovations, residential land
subdivisions, lot approval, testing and engineering process.
As a realtor with a 28-year background in commercial development and investing, I have the
professional experience to assist my commercial clients with their leasing, sales and purchasing
transactions. My personal and professional experience can assist in maximizing the value of my client’s
commercial property purchase or sale. I have been a long-time member of CoStar and LoopNet, the
largest commercial marketing and databases to help me give my clients the most accurate information.
When I am not working, you will find me puttering around my home in Essex or my home in Westbrook,
Candlelight Farm, a 1790 colonial that proudly sits on over 83 bucolic acres with its 200-year-old moss
covered stone walls. I have had the honor of being the owner “aka caretaker” of a few antique
properties and when you think about what was occurring when they were built its pretty amazing. I like
studying and admiring the Old Lyme Art Colony Artists and American Art of the turn of the century,
gardening, fishing, tennis and walking.
