Expertise is honed through experience. With over 35 years entrenched in the Northern Fairfield County real estate market, Terri possesses an innate ability to navigate her clients seamlessly through the process of buying or selling a home.
Terri collaborates closely with her clients, ensuring their comfort with each step of the sale. It brings her genuine pleasure to witness a client walk away from a closing, knowing they are satisfied with their experience and are excited about the future!
Terri is a seasoned real estate broker. She holds certifications in GRI, E-Pro, ABR and is a certified New Construction specialist, working closely with area builders.
Having roots in Fairfield County and being a long-time Bethel resident, Terri's community involvement spans various roles, including serving on the Bethel Library Board and contributing to several fundraising projects. She also holds the esteemed position of former chairman of the Board of Assessment Appeals for the Town of Bethel and volunteers at the soup kitchen. Terri is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors, and the Multiple Listing Service, with significant involvement in the Northern Fairfield County Board of Realtors. A graduate of Western Connecticut State University, majoring in social work, Terri's dedication extends beyond her professional endeavors. Outside of work, she is a long-standing member at Ridgewood Country Club, where she enjoys golf and tennis, and she finds solace in yoga and bowling.
Terri proudly serves the communities of Brookfield, Bethel, Danbury, New Fairfield, New Milford, Newtown, Redding, and Ridgefield.
