    Tammy, is a longtime Westport resident since 1990, and her grown children are graduates of Westport’s excellent public schools.  She is an effective communicator and skilled negotiator; experience gained as a former retail buyer at Caldor Corporate, Filenes and Abraham & Strauss stores.  She loves working with her clients both buyers and sellers who value her real estate knowledge, insightfulness, attentiveness and thorough follow through. Tammy also understands the needs and challenges that shoreline communities face as both a 33 year resident and a realtor living in that area. She is well versed on all FEMA flood codes, town regulations and the necessary procedures needed to elevate non-compliant homes.  Additionally, Tammy’s philanthropic roots run deep supporting various causes in her community.  She is a past President of Pink Aid, now serves as Secretary, chaired their annual event and chaired various sub-committees. She conceived and initiated “Get Your Pink On”, an ongoing annual fundraising campaign involving Staples High School athletic teams and chaired Norwalk Hospital’s Cancer Center’s Benefit Walk for two years. Tammy is member affiliate of Mid- Fairfield Board of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Multiple Listings Association.
