Highly intuitive when it comes to identifying customer's needs, I pursue the most efficient, timely and expert course to fulfill a buyer's or seller's particular demands, all the while protecting the client's needs and maintaining the highest ethical standards. I strive to exceed customer's expectations through every step of the buying and selling process. As an Accredited Buyers Representative, I work diligently to match buyers with the perfect home, providing helpful guidance along the way. For sellers, I bring excellent marketing skills to manage their listing, as well as a creative flair for showcasing their home in the best possible light. Maintaining an open line of communication with my clientele at every step throughout the real estate process, I believe that excellent service means accessibility, responsiveness and integrity, as well as enthusiasm and humor.

Experience

Originally from Seattle, with a BA from the University of Washington, I lived for many years in New York City, working in theater and television. Then I turned my talents - and love of houses and home design - to real estate, working with a major Manhattan real estate firm. Many years ago, while cruising on our sailboat, my husband and I discovered the Old Saybrook/Essex Shoreline area, which has been called the "Second Gold Coast of Connecticut" by the NY Times. We thought we had found a slice of heaven right here on earth! Even our standard poodle, Riley, loves his life here on the Shoreline, with his many canine friends! When we purchased our home, I jumped enthusiastically into the role of assistant contractor for our total house renovation, which gave me a real understanding of home construction. In addition to my other real estate business, I soon became the listing agent for a 450 acre, 84 unit condominium development, for which my team won the Home Builders Association of Connecticut's award for "Best Marketed Mid-Size Community" for the entire state of Connecticut.
