Susan Pollock

Real Estate Salesperson

A lifelong resident of Litchfield and Bantam Lake with deep roots going back many generations, I found Litchfield to be a wonderful place to raise my family.  With extensive experience in the Litchfield County real estate market, I enjoy sharing my knowledge and love of the area with my clients and feel privileged to live and work in an extraordinarily beautiful area of the Litchfield Hills.

In a business where lack of attention to detail can lose the sale, I strive to give ongoing personal service to all my clients. I keep my sellers informed at every step of the marketing and sales process and also enjoy the hunt for the perfect property to meet my buyers’ needs. Client referrals and repeat business are important parts of my continued success.

A graduate of Connecticut College I have served for many years as a Trustee and Director of The White Memorial Foundation and Conservation Center in Litchfield. As a member of St. Michael's Parish, Litchfield, I sing in the choir and have served in many capacities as Jr and Sr Warden, Clerk, Vestry member, and on numerous committees.  I love walking with my miniature dachshund, Nugget, singing with The Hartford Chorale. kayaking and spending time with my extended family.
