Steve, a native of the Litchfield Hills, brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong sense of dedication to his role as a Realtor. With roots in Kent and a deep understanding of the area, he takes pride in educating his clients about the unique towns and the local real estate market.

Steve's expertise as a Realtor is grounded in his understanding of home construction, land development, and effective marketing strategies. His love of houses is evident through his involvement in numerous renovation projects, ranging from kitchen remodels to complete home transformations. He also has a thorough knowledge of land development and local land-use policies, acquired through years working in land surveying and his service on the Town of Kent's Planning & Zoning Commission. Additionally, Steve brings valuable skills from his background in publishing, including advertising, marketing, writing, and design, which he leverages to maximize the potential of each listing.

Steve ranked #1 in Unit Sales for William Pitt's Kent office in 2022. In 2020, he was ranked among the Top 15 agents for the entire company, encompassing offices throughout Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts. Notably, Steve has also facilitated three of the largest land sales in Litchfield County this year, including the sale of a significant 248-acre parcel to the Warren Land Trust.

Beyond his professional achievements, Steve serves as the Executive Director of Pond Mountain Natural Area, a protected tract of nearly 800 acres located in Kent, where he and his wife are raising their son and daughter. When he's not assisting his clients in navigating the local market, Steve can often be found enjoying his passion for cycling or coaching youth sports.
