Sapana is well-known for making dreams come true as she brings her previous extensive background and experience in facilitating successful partnerships between individuals and organizations to the real estate business in the Hudson valley. This is her place of choice since moving to the US from Nepal several years ago. Sapana is especially well versed in understanding the sentiments and sensibilities of a multitude of nationalities and brings these skills to bear in all her impeccable and positive negotiations. Sapana is the Founding Director of two philanthropic not-for-profit organizations in the fields of remote village development, women's empowerment and clean energy technologies, The Himalayan Light Foundation, and her world peace art and cultural preservation activities are conducted through the Bodhivastu Foundation for Enlightened Activity which operates in both Dutchess and Ulster Counties. She lives with her family in Poughquag, NY.
