We sold our house before it was even listed thanks to Sahil!! Again our luck held out and our appraisal came through and the sell went through without any issues. We had a neighbor that couldn't see their house, it was on the market for a year and half with another realtor. Sahil listed it and it sold within a couple of months for just under asking price which again was way above market value. This shows he knows the market and can and will push the price as much as the market will allow.
