Phil Fox

Phil grew up in the suburbs of Los Angeles and pursued his childhood love of automobiles while he attended school at Moorpark College in the 1980’s. While attending school he worked at the local Mercedes-Benz dealership and quickly found out that he enjoyed the luxury customer service industry. For nearly the past 40 years Phil consistently achieved the highest honors and accolades with Mercedes-Benz while always focusing on customer satisfaction as the forefront of the customer relationship. His integrity, perseverance, and enthusiasm allowed him the growth and success to seek out a second home in the Litchfield Hills with his partner. When it came time to purchase the home, he realized that the skillsets he had mastered over the years translated well to the real estate industry. Such as managing multiple clients at the same time while anticipating their needs and exceeding them. Phil’s competence as a realtor are also drawn from his experience working with his partner in landscape design, construction management, and handling the company finances Through these experiences Phil is able to offer a hands-on perspective in purveying homes that are uniquely suited to each client. . Phil and his partner just finished a complete remodel of the second home they purchased. Working with all local companies, they were able to build their forever home. It was during this remodel that Phil knew Real Estate was the right industry for him and they have made their home in Warren their full time home now.

In addition to real estate, Phil still enjoys his love of automobiles and can always be seen tinkering around town in something new and fun. He loves to take scenic drives of the countryside and tour architecturally significant homes and gardens. Many a time he can be seen with his 2 Great Danes…George and Spike. His love of his own dogs does not stop there as he is an avid charitable supporter of Best Friends Animal Sanctuary and Guiding Eyes for the Blind. He also charitably supports his love of architecture through the National Trust for Historic Preservation and is an active Board Member of the Kent Chamber of Commerce. In his home time, Phil and his partner love to cook and entertain in the comfort of their home and property.
