We sold a high end home for full price in 90 days in a slow market. Paul and Penny provided a level of service that went far beyond what we had any right to expect. I was first amazed when Penny came over for two full days to help me stage the house for professional photography (my back was injured at the time). Paul was present for EVERY showing, and he could recite details on each and every feature of the house. After the sale, Paul guided us every step of the way.
