Melissa is a Licensed Salesperson and a member of the Westchester County Board of Realtors, the Greenwich Board of Realtors and the Connecticut Board of Realtors. She is thrilled to be working with one of the top companies in Westchester and Fairfield Counties.


Known for being reliable, trustworthy, and a good listener, Melissa has a unique ability to understand her clients' needs. Melissa lived in Manhattan for fifteen years and has particular expertise in helping smooth the transition for people moving from urban to suburban life. Melissa currently resides with her husband, two children, their rescued shelter dog and their newest addition, a Cavapoo. She is personally familiar with many aspects of Westchester and Fairfield Counties, including its schools and neighborhoods.


Prior to her real estate career with Julia B. Fee | William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty, Melissa received a Business degree from SUNY Albany and spent eleven years as a Technology Project Manager working for large corporations. She is involved with several charitable organizations including the American Cancer Society, My Sister's Place and the Laurence Polatsch Memorial Fund, a charity started in memory of a friend who died on 9/11.


Melissa is available at any time to provide clients with additional information about local restaurants, shopping and extracurricular activities for children. She has a large network of real estate-related professionals and would be happy to make introductions.
