returned to her hometown in 2012 after time spent in Saratoga Springs, New York and West Hartford, Connecticut, and has been happily rooted in the Litchfield Hills ever since.

Megan is proud to partner with her mother, Bonnie Garguilo, an award-winning real estate professional with over 35 years of experience in the local market. Having grown up immersed in the industry, Megan offers clients a unique perspective shaped by years of firsthand exposure, combined with a fresh and modern approach. 

In addition to her work in real estate, Megan continues her 14-year career advising national brands on promotional legal compliance. Known for her precision, strategic thinking, and ability to build trusted relationships, she brings a thoughtful and client-focused approach to every interaction. These skills translate seamlessly into real estate. 

Megan attended Marist College and is a graduate of The Gunnery (now The Frederick Gunn School), a private school in Washington, Connecticut, and has a deep familiarity with the towns, neighborhoods, and lifestyle that make Litchfield County such a special place to live.
