I am writing about Mary Bozzuti Higgins.  Mary has been an absolute gem and true professional on all levels.  

My situation was quite messy, dealing with the sale of my mother’s house and property.  From the first time I met Mary, she was kind, positive and extremely helpful.  The entire process took well over two years from start to finish. It was a very difficult situation dealing with so many players, including 4 attorneys and the estate administrators.Mary endured the strained relationship with kindness and grace, not to mention patience that 99.9% of all people would never have been able to tolerate.   The patience of the buyer was most appreciated as well.

I cannot say enough about Mary, seriously.  So much so, that I need to make sure her office understands just how much she meant to me, seeing this sale come to fruition, as well as what an outstanding individual she is.

While final probate has yet to be finished, the sale of the property prior to the probate closure is a tremendous relief. Mary has been instrumental in that process.  I will forever cherish her!

Mary is phenomenal. When my husband accepted a position in Stamford, we faced the daunting challenge of selling our house in Georgia and finding a new home in Connecticut. We needed a reasonable commute for him, a strong school district for the boys, and well, ideally not a dump! Not impossible but tricky in a very competitive market.
