There’s a reason why Lynne Glaser manages every element of a real estate transaction with ease and confidence - she’s been doing it her entire career. With three decades of experience Lynne is a highly dependable and trusted real estate professional.
After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, Lynne began her career in commercial real estate in New York City. She managed the leasing, marketing and renovation of some major corporate office buildings for several of the city’s most high-profile landlords.
She then transitioned into the shared workspace sector, holding senior roles with various leading providers. She worked for Loews Hotels and its iconic Regency Hotel where she managed the conversion of suites for residential living. She also specialized in the sale of co-ops and condominiums at The Corcoran Group, as well as leased a new residential development in record time.
Most recently Lynne worked in international relocations, helping to transfer a host of top executives and their families to new jobs in NYC, navigating every aspect of settling them in their new home.
As a result, Lynne has seen all sides of a transaction, from initial consultation to positioning for market, to negotiating and finalizing the sale. With tenacity and meticulous attention to detail, Lynne ensures that her clients are informed and prepared every step of the way.
Lynne grew up in Harrison and shares her time between Westchester and Manhattan. She combines her deep local knowledge with an innate love of city life and all that it offers. Passionate about helping others and giving back to the community, Lynne volunteers as part of the Mt Sinai Hospital Ambassador Program.
At the heart of it, Lynne is an energetic and engaging professional who is committed to her clients. She is excited to be joining Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty to help prospective buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.
