Just a quick note to tell you about the incredible experience my husband Malcolm and I had with Lisa Devellis. Back when we interviewed her in March, as we were getting ready to put our Monroe home on the market, we told her about our terrible experience we had when we bought our home 17 years ago. We were so afraid that we would have a similar experience but she reassured us that as our agent, it would NEVER happen. From that moment on, we knew she was the right agent for us!! From day 1 she was always there for us. When we called her with questions, she called us right back...when we texted her questions, she would text us right back. She explained everything in great detail to make sure we understood exactly what was happening every step of the way. Our experience could not have been any better, even sold our home in 1 day with multiple bids!! I found our dream home when my husband Malcolm and I were on our way to Boston. We had about a week left to find a home so I sent Lisa a text and told her I needed to see it ASAP! She was able to show me the house first thing the following morning and we both knew it was the perfect home!
