Linda Mantis

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

For over 18 years I have taken great pride in my ability to work with integrity to successfully enable my clients to reach their goals. I work closely with buyers and sellers all over lower Westchester from the Long Island Sound to the Hudson River and every town in between. I grew up in New Rochelle, have lived in Scarsdale for almost 30 years where I've raised 2 children and 2 dogs. I previously worked as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist evaluating and treating children in many of Westchester's public schools. This firsthand experience and knowledge is especially helpful to families who are not familiar with what Westchester has to offer.

Formerly at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, I earned numerous awards and regularly ranked in the top 2% of all Coldwell Banker Real Estate agents nationwide. I have been a certified relocation specialist, new homes specialist and Previews Property specialist. I go above and beyond, offering a full range of services to my clients so their transaction will run smoothly from start to finish and beyond.

Personal Background:

I attended the New Rochelle Public Schools, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Tufts University, a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from The Milano School of Management and worked as an Occupational Therapist for 22 years before becoming a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Realtor.

In addition to working full time in real estate, and along with my husband and son, we have introduced a line of BBQ sauces, mantisbbq.com, to suppport the Kidney Project, a national research project at UCSF and Vanderbilt University with the goal to create a bio artificial kidney to treat kidney failure. We started this business after our son developed an autoimmune disease that destroyed his kidneys requiring a kidney transplant. 10% of sales goes to support the Kidney Project. We held a crowd sourced fundraiser and matched all donations. I am a volunteer member of a marketing content/social media committee at UCNF to raise awareness about the kidney project. Additionally, I have been involved in a variety of fundraising activities for various local causes such as Westchester humane societies and children's, women's and men's shelters. In addition I worked on a Green Initiative Committee for Westchester's Coldwell Banker offices.

I am an avid tennis player, scuba diver and book group member, and enjoy spending time with family and friends, including the four-legged variety.

Please contact me to assist you with your real estate needs in Westchester, including but not limited to Scarsdale, Edgemont, Ardsley, New Rochelle, White Plains, Eastchester, Hartsdale and the River Towns.

Additionally, I have a dual license with Daniel Gale Sotheby's in Westhampton. I service every town from The Moriches out to Montauk and can assist you with buying/selling and summer rentals.

I look forward to working with you! I can be reached at linda.mantis@juliabfee.com or call me on my cell 914.772.0450. Or linda.mantis@danielgale.com
