Lenore Mallett

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

As the 2025 #1 real estate agent in Salisbury, CT at William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty Brokerage for both sales volume and units, Lenore Mallett is a leading force in the Litchfield County and Tri-State markets (licensed in CT, NY, and MA). Co-founder of the At Home in the Hills team, the #1 producing real estate team in Litchfield County (24 &25), Lenore is commonly recognized as the most responsive and dedicated Realtor in the Northwest Corner. Whether clients are seeking a lakefront retreat on Lake Wononscopomuc, an 1890s Victorian in Twin Lakes, or a family home near The Hotchkiss School, she delivers expert negotiation and deep local insight.

A cornerstone of Lenore’s strategy is her meticulous approach to staging and styling. She believes a buyer's first showing is always online, which is why she pairs high-end professional photography, drone footage, and twilight video with her hands-on design expertise. From bringing in curated staging materials and fresh flowers to painting a room herself, Lenore knows exactly how to pare down a space to make it shine. Because of this exacting attention to detail, her listings have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Escape Brooklyn and on the covers of William Pitt Sotheby's Escape magazine and quarterly reports.

Lenore pairs this visual excellence with a powerhouse digital marketing strategy. Drawing on a 15-year Client service and sales background in digital advertising at industry giants like Yahoo!, DoubleClick, and Indeed, she expertly optimizes keywords and social media campaigns to ensure her listings receive maximum global exposure, particularly in the $800k to $5M+ luxury market.

Growing up in the Hudson Valley in a family of real estate brokers, where coloring on the back of expired MLS sheets is a core childhood memory, Lenore’s passion for the industry is lifelong. Having lived in NYC, Fairfield County, and Singapore, she ultimately found her home in Salisbury. She is a master connector with a vast local "rolodex," known for matching clients with top service providers, introducing future spouses, and even placing foster dogs into their forever homes.

When she isn't evaluating a home's natural light or highlighting a first-floor primary suite, Lenore is deeply involved in the community. She has volunteered with the Salisbury Housing Trust, the Board of Tax Appeals, Girls Rock, and ReGroup,  a support network for women returning to the workforce. She is also part owner of the Colonial Theatre Collaborative in North Canaan. At home, she and her husband Marc (a former digital executive at Disney) are actively restoring their own 1890s Victorian—a project she suspects will never truly be finished. They share the home with their two daughters, who attended Salisbury Central, Indian Mountain School, and Millbrook School, and their rescue dogs, Max and Zeke.

Lenore welcomes referrals from both inside and outside the Sotheby's network. Licensed in CT, NY, and MA.
