Her skillset doesn’t stop with humans, she’s also matched six foster dogs into their forever homes.
It was only natural for Lenore to begin working in the real estate world since she grew up in a family of real estate brokers. As a child some of her first memories were coloring on the back of expired listing MLS sheets.

Her client’s have given her high marks on listening to their needs and providing results in their search for their dream home. She always leads with kindness and care whether with her clients or collaborating agents.

When working with sellers Lenore loves to make their homes shine. She brings in staging materials, flowers, music, anything it takes to curate the feeling of comfort. She believes that buyers truly need to be able to see themselves in the home, and she is the consummate host while they are in her client's home.
With her 15 years of digital advertising, she is savvy with digital campaigns, optimizing keywords, social media, etc. She is a big believer that your first showing is online, professional photos are a must. She takes the time to evaluate the property and goals of the homeowner and often times will add drone footage, twilight evening shots and video. Lenore has a knack for walking into a space and sensing how to best utilize it, pare it down and make it stand out. If you see her with a paintbrush, it’s best to just move out of her way. Because of the great attention to detail her listings have made it to the cover of William Pitt' Sotheby's International quarterly report and "Escape" the regional WPSIR magazine. Having grown up in the Hudson Valley, she has an expansive knowledge of the area. She has also lived in NYC, Fairfield County and Singapore. She loves traveling anywhere the sun is shining and loves a good hunt for art in a flea market. She is an alum of University of Hartford, Yahoo!, DoubleClick and Indeed.
When not saying things like, “Ohhh, great light” or “Is there a first floor primary?” she loves spending time with her two daughters who have gone both to Indian Mountain School and Salisbury Central and her husband Marc, formally a 9 year digital exec at Disney. She also shares her home with two dachshunds, and a plott hound. In 2019 they ambitously began a restoration of their 1890's Victorian. Lenore is pretty certain they will never be done, just don't tell Marc.
Locally she volunteers for several organizations such as Girls Rock, Salisbury Housing Trust, Town of Salisbury Board of Tax Appeals, and co-founded ReGroup a support group for women returning to the workforce following a work gap. When she can convince her husband, they foster dogs through Perfect Pets Rescue. Lenore is also part of the ownership group of the Colonial Theatre Collaborative in North Canaan, CT.
