The most important part of any real estate transaction is you. Whether buying or selling, it is your house. Your goals. Your desires. Your needs. I don't forget that.
Buying or selling a house is an exciting time. It also is a time filled with numerous questions and myriad details. And let's not forget the inevitable emotional highs and lows. So, in addition to offering incredible analytical insights into the local market, I am here to ensure your transaction moves smoothly, beginning the day we meet and continuing through closing and beyond. I am here to share your joy, empathize with your frustration and lessen your confusion. I am here to sweat the small stuff while keeping my eye on the big picture. It is my goal to do this with integrity, compassion and a smile.
How does this happen? It starts with listening, sharing my knowledge and then leaving no stone unturned in the quest to find you the most qualified buyer or the best home for your future. One, two, three, the process starts. Home tour. Town tour. Recent sales. Comparable sales. Outreach to other agents. Digital marketing. Digital home searches. And, always, constant communication. Technology is my friend but there is no substitute for hands-on involvement and in-depth local knowledge.
I began calling Ridgefield home more than 36 years ago and have loved watching the town grow and improve. I raised my two daughters here and saw them thrive with the education they received in the public school system. I have developed life-long friends and often marvel at the way the town continues to offer new opportunities for every step of my life. Joyfully for me, one daughter and her family have moved back to the area so I now am seeing how wonderful it is to be a grandparent here.
Real estate is a fourth career for me and a logical culmination of skills nurtured as a newspaper reporter, corporate communications consultant, community volunteer and mother. There are few problems that can't be solved. It just takes reasonable people acting reasonably.
You deserve nothing but the best from me. I will give you nothing but my best.
