Originally from Westchester County, Kristin Bischof has strong ties to and unparalleled knowledge of the Southern Westchester area and has lived in Pelham for the past 19 years. A tech-savvy, full-time agent with Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty, she has earned a reputation as a professional who provides distinctive service to buyers and sellers. Kristin is highly regarded by clients and peers for her knowledge of the market, familiarity with the area, commitment to clients and ability to close even the most complex of transactions.

Kristin attended Smith College in Northampton, Mass., where she graduated with high honors. Following a successful career in marketing and sales she embarked on a career in real estate. In her first fifteen years in the business, Kristin closed more than 165 transactions worth over $140 million. She is consistently listed by Westchester Magazine in their annual "Best Real Estate Agent" list. For the past two years she has been named to the REAL Trends list of “America’s Best” real estate professionals which is the top 1.5% of real estate agents in the United States with dollar value sold in excess of $20 million annually.  She was an integral part of the On the Sound at City Island sales team, launched in 2015 and responsible for nearly three-quarters of the inventory at the luxury waterfront community being sold out.

Kristin, the mother of two children, is actively involved in the community and has first-hand knowledge of the area’s schools and activities. She currently serves on the Board of County Harvest, a Deacon at Huguenot Memorial Church and is a former president of the Pelham Junior League.

A former marathon runner Kristin brings a tenacity and positive attitude that propels her toward the finish line much in the same way that her desire to assist clients through every step of the real estate process keeps her focused and motivated. “I am persistent and don’t give up. In her spare time, she enjoys taking her dog Ferris for walks around town, attending early morning barre classes and most recently learning to play golf.
