ABOUT ME:

Kicki loves introducing newcomers to the Sound Shore Community.  Buying, Selling and renting homes around the world is in her DNA.  Her professional and family life has included multiple domestic and international moves to Tokyo, London, Hong Kong, Chicago, Rye (18 years) and, most recently, Greenwich, CT.  She knows what it takes to assimilate into a new community and can facilitate a buyer's smooth transition to a new community.  Her experience in multiple relocations around the world will benefit her buyer in that she is quick to identify their needs and match them with a community that will suit their criteria.  As a real estate agent in Manhattan (East side) Kicki specialized in exclusively listing and selling luxury condos and coops.  She is an experienced negotiator and will facilitate a successful closing for both parties.  For the seller, she will do a comparative market analysis, create a marketing plan, make recommendations in preparation to sell and also include suggestions for staging to best market their home.  Kicki is dedicated and knowledgeable in real estate.  Her experience will help you make the right decision whether you are buying or selling.  She looks forward to working with you!

Kicki is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New York State Association of Realtors, the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, and the Hudson Gateway Multiple Lisitng Service.  Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of CT. 

 

Community Involvement 

Kicki was an active volunteer at her children's schools.  The French American School and Rye City Schools.  She particiapted in fundraising, development, and expanding education opportunities.  One of her favorite experiences was acting as a Rye Arts Center docent in the "Famous Artists" program for the elementary schools.  Currently, Kicki is a Board member of the Rye Arts Center involved in fundraising and curating Art shows for them.  She also diligently supports My Sister's Place in White Plains.   Kicki also writes fashion columns for "The Rye Record".  She loves her community and is excited to share with you all the benefits of living in the Sound Shore community.

Personal Interests:

Kicki loves to renovate and restore homes, particularly classic homes from the early 20th century.  She is experienced in renovating houses and prewar apartments.  She also enjoys portrait painting at the Rye Arts Center. 

Education:

University of Virginia, Bachelor of Arts, Kicki continues to participate in advanced real estate courses in order to remain in the forefront of the industry.
