Juliann has been involved in residential new construction for over 25 years as Vice President of Hudson Custom Homes LLC. With husband Wayne and son Frank they have built over 40 luxury homes for satisfied clients. Juliann's forte is the high end market, where she has listed and sold many homes in Fairfield County.

Juliann not only has previous experience in a Corporate environment, having had affiliation with General Electric Corporate Headquarters in Fairfield, but also academia as an Instructor of Computer Science at Sacred Heart University and as Senior Programmer Analyst at Fairfield University for over a decade.

Juliann has served as a community volunteer in many capacities, including PTA President, Officer of American Legion Auxiliary Post 143, Committee Chair for Swim Across the Sound, Volunteer for American Cancer Society and American Heart Association, and Volunteer Athlete Captain for CT Special Olympics. Juliann's unique background in lead edge technology, coupled with an intimate knowledge of residential real estate, and a M.S. Degree and M.A Degree, put her among the most qualified Realtors in Connecticut. Juliann specializes in New Construction, Investment properties and Property management. Juliann lives in Fairfield and has been married for over 35 years to Wayne Hudson and they have 3 sons.
