Jennifer Dain is a 10 year veteren of the Real Estate industry and has represented many clients in the greater New Haven area. As a native of Connecticut, Jennifer has built a solid foundation of clients.
She believes that involving her clients in every aspect of the real estate process using a consultative approach, building the communication and trust necessary to ensure the best possible outcome.
Before becoming a Real Estate Agent, Jennifer worked in the Health Care Industry as a Patient Advocate for the disabled community. Prior to that she spent many years in Sales and Advertising successfully guiding local business owners to market their businesses competitively. Through Jennifer's prior experience, she has developed the skills necessary to put clients first, listening to their needs and successfully bring a transaction together.
Jennifer currently resides in Guilford with her husband Brad and King Charles Spaniel Archie. Jen's spare time is mostly spent with her husband, two children, their spouses, two grandchildren and friends. She enjoys travel, concerts, cooking, decorating, gardening, painting and refurbishing old furniture.
Jennifer lists and sells homes, condos, new construction, land, and properties in many shoreline towns, such as Branford, Guilford, Madison, Clinton as well as other towns in New Haven county.
Jennifer is a member of the Middlesex Shoreline Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
