Jeff Loholdt is a highly regarded Realtor covering Berkshire, Franklin, Hampshire, and Hamden Counties in Western Massachusetts. Jeff’s a seasoned professional when it comes to both real estate and the Western Mass area. He’s spent decades in the sales, marketing, and real estate fields, with experience representing properties in over 15 states as well as in new home construction and land development. 

But he’s spent even longer in his “office,” Western Massachusetts itself. Born in the Berkshires and raised in Williamstown, he’s thrilled to be back near his roots living the country life on his family’s working solar and hobby farm in Adams, MA. In his expert opinion as a true local, Western Mass is a great place to live, vacation, retire, or raise a family. (And even if you’re selling instead of buying… that’s still great news knowing how popular Western Mass has become to so many seeking our country and cultural lifestyle).

Jeff believes any good client relationship begins with being a good listener. He seeks to understand a buyer or seller’s wants, needs, and desires first before jumping in and executing a strategic plan. Because when you’re making a major move or investment, you need a seasoned, business-minded professional in your corner that clearly understands what you’re looking for and is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve your goals. 

To further step outside the box for his clients, Jeff also offers a direct connection to a premier building solution for those seeking to acquire land and build their dream home rather than settle when inventory is challenging.  Introductions to the area’s premier general contractors and master carpenters is part of the service to ensure they have the ability to assess and choose the best solution for their situation.  

As a consistent top-producing agent, Jeff is diligent, competitive, and creative – as a human being, he is laid-back, supportive, and willing to take on all the difficult stuff so you can focus entirely on making the best decision for you and your family. Though all client relationships start as a business partnership, most turn into friendships that endure long beyond closing. 

Jeff prides himself on having a tenacious and competitive mindset while staying true to his core beliefs: putting the needs of others before his own, working both smarter AND harder, and maintaining integrity in all his interactions. Beyond that, he gives back and pays it forward through a charitable initiative that donates a portion of all sales to causes close to him and his clients.  After losing his father in 2019 to Dementia, he wanted to find a way to make a difference and through much thought and reflection, Jeff plans to launch “The Dragonfly Affect” in the summer of 2022.  A very special and beautiful creature, which remains symbolic to his father and now this effort.  Jeff will be sharing a portion of his success in concert with his client’s donations for the charitable cause of their choice.  In Jeff’s own words, “I want to make a difference in the world and create a pretty special ending to my story...  I hope my legacy will be one my children will be proud to share.  Similar to the feelings I hold for my dad”.

When he’s not working, Jeff loves spending time with his family, working on his farm, running their 501(c)(3)-recognized Great Dane Rescue, fishing, and riding through the Berkshire hills with his wife on their motorcycles.
