Jack Trifero is an aficionado of all modern architecture but is particularly well-versed in those modern spaces in New Canaan, Connecticut having been an entrepreneur in New Canaan for over 35 years. He knows the town, its residents and its businesses well. While New Canaan is perhaps his speciality, his knowledge of the area extends beyond the idyllic Connecticut town and throughout Fairfield County.
Mr. Trifero has been fortunate in his career, having enjoyed phenomenal experiences including working in community activism and preservation with Victor Christ Janer (noted mid-century architect), befriending Pedro Guerrero (personal photographer of Frank Lloyd Wright) and Gordon Bruce (author of Definitive Bio of Elliot Noyes) as well as John Black Lee, amongst others.
His passion for preserving the remaining Harvard 5 mid-century moderns also led him to initiate "ModernHouseMan" a preservation initiative with the goal of protecting these important local icons and works of art. As a realtor, he considers himself fortunate to be involved in many sales of these spectacular homes, representing them with the greatest care and attention to detail. "When working with clients of moderns, it is so critical for me to find good stwards for these special properties - working with these unique and profoundly special homes is one of my greatest accomplishments and joys," says Jack.
Motivated and driven to meet client objectives, Jack's priorities center around organization, networking and marketing. He is results driven, and customer friendly.
Jack began his real estate career by tapping into (and sharing) his deep knowledge of New Canaan with his clients - working with both residential and commercial accounts, successfully utilizizing his connections and strong relationships.
