A tech-savvy, full-time broker with an MBA in consumer marketing from Washington University in St. Louis, Holly joined Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty in 2016, having previously served as a Realtor with McClellan Sotheby’s International Realty since 1999. Prior to joining real estate, Holly enjoyed a successful marketing career at Procter & Gamble, Showtime Networks, Pepsi-Cola and a few notable internet start-ups.

Holly, who speaks Turkish, was born in Turkey and traveled extensively with her parents, who immigrated to the U.S. She has lived in England, Canada, Indiana, California, Missouri, Florida, New Jersey and a co-op apartment on Manhattan’s east side before putting down roots and raising a family in Pelham. As someone who has relocated quite often, Holly empathizes with clients who are relocating, and does not hesitate to assist them in transitioning into their new surroundings.

As a top Westchester County real estate agent with an intimate knowledge of the market, Holly has garnered respect and trust from her clients, her peers and the community, and she continuously puts her contacts and resources to work for her clients. Holly has served two terms on the Westchester County Board of Directors, and was also appointed to the Professional Standards and Ethics Committee. Holly and her husband, Brian, raised their two children in Pelham, where they have been actively involved in the community. In recent years she has held positions on the boards of the Junior League of Pelham, Pelham Children’s Center and Siwanoy PTA. Holly currently serves on the board of the New Rochelle YMCA.
