Holly’s strength lies in her ability to blend market insight with vision. Her design, planning, and construction experience give her a unique perspective.  A seasoned renovator and builder, she has personally restored historic homes and recently completed a custom new build in Old Black Point. Holly’s marketing savvy, attention to detail and effective negotiation skills allow her to guide clients with confidence and creativity—whether preparing a property for sale or helping buyers visualize their new home. 

Holly was raised in New England and is a graduate of St. Paul’s School and Princeton University. She has lived in London, New York City, and Princeton, NJ.  She now splits her time between Niantic, CT and New York City with her husband, Robert and their children.
