Virginia has held her real estate license since 1986. After acquiring her real estate broker's license in 1992, she served as President of Nicholas H. Fingelly Real Estate, Inc with offices in Westport and Southport until the firm was acquired by William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty (August 2015). Virginia thoroughly enjoys the Real Estate business and takes great pride in providing professional client satisfaction. Although Virginia’s real estate expertise extends throughout Fairfield County, including the towns of New Canaan and Darien, she specializes in the towns of Fairfield, Southport, Westport, Weston, and Easton.
Virginia has been a lifelong resident of Fairfield County living in the Greenfield Hill section of town in the same neighborhood where she was raised, until her recent move to New Canaan. She was educated in the Fairfield Public School System and later received a B.S. in Accounting from Boston College. Virginia acquired her financial expertise as an auditor with Price Waterhouse in New York City, followed by several years working in the accounting departments of several other major corporations in Greenwich.
Paul Triantafel has more than 28 years of real estate experience, specializing in high-end residential properties in the Southport, Fairfield, Westport and Weston communities. Paul's negotiation skills combined with his extensive knowledge of the area marketplace has enabled him to effectively help his clients find and secure the right properties to suit their needs.
Paul has had the opportunity to negotiate the sale of some of the finest properties the area has to offer and looks forward to offering the wisdom gained from those transactions with future buyer and seller clients.
A graduate of Fairfield University Paul has resided in the area for more than 38 years and enjoys sharing his community insight gained over those years with his buyer and seller clients.
