Greg Wagner is a dedicated, driven professional with a passion for real estate.  He grew up in Philadelphia and graduated from the University of Delaware in 1995.  In 1999, at just 25 years of age he began his own construction company in Denver, Colorado.  He moved the operation to Madison, Connecticut in 2012 to be closer to his family and get back to the east coast.  As a developer, Greg has overseen countless residential and commercial renovations and built a business around customer satisfaction.
