I have nothing but praise and gratitude of all that Gay Rosen did for my family. Seriously-she didn't just 'sell our house'. She took our hands and led us through the process from A to Z. This house would not have sold without her hard work, expertise, patience with our situation (long distance sale between many relatives and involving way too many lawyers) and sense of humor. She swooped in and took over every task that needed to be done, including scrubbing out the refrigerator because she didn't like the way the cleaners cleaned it. Gay helped us purchase our new home and sell our existing one. Gay went well above our expectations in helping us pay the right price for our home. Gay is very knowledgeable in lower Westchester and helped us zero in on our dream home from a wide variety of homes available. She was able to provide spot on comps which assisted us in self-assuring our offer and final purchase price. Soon after we closed Gay went to work on the sale of our former house in Pelham, NY. For the past three years, Gay has helped us through the difficult process of moving in Westchester County, both in temporary digs and finally into our new home. Throughout the process, she was extremely knowledgeable of the area, listened precisely to our needs, and filtered through homes that did not fit the bill. She was there during rental walkthroughs before and after, took pictures of the rental before, and then brought them to the final walkthrough to make sure we didn't pay for anything that wasn't our fault. During the house finding/building process she went to many homes/land with us and gave her honest opinion or each home, its pros, and cons and why we should or should not look at it.
