Mary Phelps and Gabrielle Gearhart are the most talented realtors I have ever met. My wife and I were not initially planning to sell our house, but after meeting Mary and Gabby, it was clear that they perceived unlike other realtors we met what made our house special and would make it appealing to buyers. We decided to test the market, putting minimal effort into do so. Mary and Gabby staged the place within two weeks; it looked so good we almost wanted to stay. We officially put the house on the market on a Saturday and by Friday we had four serious expressions of interest and a compelling offer which we negotiated and eventually accepted. From start to finish--from the initial conversation with Mary and Gabby to accepting the offer--the process took a little over three weeks. We closed five months later (to allow the children to finish the school year), and there a few bumps (some of them not minor) along the way.
