Prior to joining William Pitt Sotheby's, Erin worked in the field of accounting for a 'Top 20' national accounting firm. Having specialized in construction accounting and consulting, she brings with her a passion for perfection and unrivaled professionalism.
A prior member of the Essex Planning & Zoning Commision, and having worked for the Lower CT River Valley Council of Governments after college, Erin has extensive knowledge of land use. She enjoys working with clients on land-use related topics, and is always willing to help navigate the sometimes complex process of visiting town halls, health departments, etc. In additon to land use, Erin is very knowledgeable when it comes to onsite septic systems and commerical property transactions.
Erin holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of New Hampshire (GO WILDCATS!)
Erin resides in Essex with her husband Mike, two children, and Lagotto Romagnolo "Maple".
