Erin has a genuine love for the Connecticut Shoreline and its one-of-a-kind charm — from its historic villages to its scenic waterfronts. She’s passionate about helping individuals and families discover their perfect home in this beautiful part of the state, bringing fresh energy, authenticity, and a client-first mindset to every transaction.
With a sharp eye for design and detail, Erin’s goal is to make every buying or selling experience seamless, informed, and enjoyable. She takes the time to truly understand her clients’ goals, ensuring every move feels confident and supported — not stressful.
Prior to working in real estate, Erin built her career in construction accounting and consulting, where precision and professionalism were second nature. As a former member of the Essex Planning & Zoning Commission, she developed an expert understanding of land use — knowledge she now uses to help clients navigate everything from property development to town approvals.
Together with her husband, Erin owns and operates a local septic system design and installation company. This unique background gives her hands-on insight into wastewater systems and land use, allowing her to guide clients through the finer details that can make or break a deal.
A proud graduate of the University of New Hampshire (Go Wildcats!), Erin lives in Essex with her husband Mike, their two children, and their Lagotto Romagnolo, Maple.
Whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading to your dream property, or preparing to sell, Erin is your trusted partner — blending deep local knowledge with genuine care to help you move forward with confidence.
