Courtney Walker

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Courtney’s joy is making connections and building relationships. Transitioning into real estate after nearly 20 years in corporate and academic relationship management seemed a natural fit. Courtney is enthusiastic about helping customers in the process of finding or selling in the area she has considered home for the better part of her life. Now raising her children in New Rochelle/Larchmont where she was brought up and educated, Courtney understands the needs of a family transplanting here after stints in New York City or elsewhere. Both children were born in San Francisco, but the draws of Westchester County brought the Walkers back east.

A graduate of Colgate University, Courtney spent her first 10 years post college in New York using her master’s degree in social work within the professional space; recruiting at Lehman Brothers and Deutsch Bank until making a move to work at the Haas School of Business in the Bay Area; helping MBA students at Berkeley find the right role within various industries and managing corporate relationships for the university.

She considers herself an approachable resource, neighbor, and realtor who appreciates the cycle of buying/selling from beginning to end of the process and for the long term. A dedicated community member, Courtney has been on several hiring committees for the New Rochelle School district, a Board Member of The Children's Hope Chest, a Co-Chair of the Community Outreach group within the Davis School PTA, a member of Larchmont Friends of the Family, a volunteer for various Westchester organizations and a member of Wykagyl Country Club where her spirit as a lifelong Tripp Lake Camper is being utilized on the tennis and paddle courts!
