Living on the Connecticut River and covering the shoreline for many years I am excited to share the beauty of this area with you!   Prior to my move to the Connecticut shoreline I lived in the Litchfield County Area for many years.  Before joining William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty I was an  Assistant Vice President Mortgage Banker at Webster Bank servicing the Litchfield County area with an office in Litchfield specializing in second home, construction and primary home financing.  I had the market share for lending in the Litchfield County area for many years.  Prior to that I owned and operated Chris Gemelli Preferred Properties with offices in Goshen and Litchfield providing real estate services to the Litchfield County area.  I was member of the Northwestern Ct Chamber of Commerce and served on the Board of the Litchfield County Board of Realtors.
