Chiara has always had an enthusiastic curiosity for the artfully beautiful. Her path to real estate is rooted in a strong design background. Raised in the uniquely gorgeous state of Vermont, she holds a degree in Studio Art with a Minor in Theatre.
Previously, Chiara built a career in New York City in the fashion and apparel industry working for iconic names like Dolce & Gabbana, M Missoni and Gianfranco Ferre. Her passion and knowledge about emerging business, consulting, the psychology behind business, and of course, a flare for “gorgeous” all worked in concert towards a single goal: creatively help clients achieve their goals.
This simple but essential business philosophy combined with her devoted, thorough and consistent approach to all of her business endeavors are what ultimately drove her to real estate - and is what propels her to be a continued success.
Clients will appreciate Chiaraʼs easy-going, maternal, sometimes funny, often sarcastic, but always precise approach to each of her transactions. Her kind and respectful demeanor assure that clients will always be at ease, will not just know, but understand the nuances of each step of their buying or selling process. And, perhaps most important of all, clients will benefit from her level of experience — she has personally bought and sold 10 properties in the last 10 years, an additional advantage for her clients, as she understands all facets of the real estate process.
Her personal drive for the exceptional means she is constantly reading up on trends, statistics, and bettering her real estate knowledge, all for the benefit of her clients - regardless of location, or where they are in the buying/selling process.
Mrs. OʼConnor is an active volunteer with several churches, schools and clubs throughout lower Westchester County. When sheʼs not donning her real estate hat, she can be found cooking, taking nature walks (that annoy her kids), browsing an antique market, or watching the waves crash on the beach.
She stands ready to put passion into productivity.
