Caron's knowledge of the various Town Hall Departments far surpasses many of those in the residential real estate field today. She prides herself in caring for her clients throughout the process of buying or selling a home and has developed a network within William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty that can accommodate any venue, local, regional or international.

Experience:

Caron has been a full-time, regional agent servicing Southern Fairfield County for over 40 years. She enjoys sharing her vast construction knowledge with her clients. She has earned the Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation, Real Estate Law, and Appraisal certificates. She's a former trustee and president of a Stamford condominium conversion and managed nine Stamford rental buildings. Caron is often called upon by local attorneys for her expertise on marketing estates and expediting residential permits due to her thoroughness and attention to detail. She is a former member of the Darien Fire Department, volunteered for the Easter Seal Rehabilitation Center, the Darien PTA, and the Boy Scouts of America. She is a member of the Darien Board of Realtors, the Smart Multiple Listing Service (SMLS), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the Connecticut Association of Realtors (CAR).

Accomplishments and Awards:

Caron has been recognized by William Pitt Sotheby's as a Gold Star, Silver and Bronze Star Award winner for the past 25 years of her career with Sotheby's. Caron enjoys gardening, cooking, staging and renovating homes. She is the wife of a retired Stamford policeman and US Army Veteran. She recently received the Emeritus Award from the National Association of Realtors for her years of service within the industry.
