My path to real estate was inspired by a simple idea: to look for a better way to market exceptional homes. Coming from a fashion background, it seemed logical to think that if “makeovers” could work for faces, hair and fashion, they could probably work for homes as well. My idea? Enhance the product itself (i.e. the house) and not focus exclusively on advertising. Of course, advertising and marketing are part of any effective sales strategy, but the most important element is the presentation when a property is introduced.
This nuanced approach, dedicated attention to packaging and presentation has been my method for over 30 years in real estate. It has proved to be terrifically successful, to the delight of my clients — who often compared me to Mary Poppins! I gave seller seminars, was interviewed on national TV and carried bolts of fabric and accessories around with me at all times! Since then, the concept of "staging" homes for sale has continued to gain traction and is now an essential aspect of real estate marketing.
It has always been my goal to give my clients the best possible advice and assistance ... and to make an impactful difference in their real estate experience. I hold myself to the highest ethical and performance standards and always do my best to provide exemplary service to buyers and sellers alike. I am frequently thanked for my patience and persistence, and I am absolutely thrilled when the transaction is complete and my clients have become my new friends for life -- the best reward of all!
