A lifelong resident of Westchester County, Caren has unparalleled knowledge of the county and its communities’ diverse personalities. She grew up in Scarsdale and spent more than 20 years in Harrison, raising a recent high school graduate within the Harrison Central School District. Her knowledge of the area, coupled with a reputation for professionalism, honesty and integrity, allows Caren to deliver an outstanding level of customer service.
Before becoming a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Julia B. This puts her in the unique position of devising creative ways to use financing to help her clients purchase the home of their dreams. These same analytical skills used in the financing realm of home buying are used to determine the right price to either list your existing home or bid on your new one.
Tenacious, highly motivated and a creative thinker, Caren is committed to her role as facilitator and strives to streamline a transaction from the initial showing to closing, while injecting a bit of humor along the way. She knows that in purchasing a home, her clients are choosing not simply a residence, but a lifestyle. And her assistance continues even after the closing, whether it be finding a handyman, plumber, dry cleaner or the best Thai food that delivers.
