Caren Harrington

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

After a successful decade negotiating multimillion-dollar hospital contracts for Abbott Laboratories, I made a deliberate decision to leave a career that kept me traveling and build one that allowed me to be closer to my young family. That decision led me to real estate in 2006—and to a profession centered on helping others navigate some of life's biggest transitions.

Licensed in both Connecticut and New York, I serve buyers and sellers throughout Fairfield County and northern Westchester. Having called Ridgefield home for more than 30 years, I combine deep local knowledge with nearly two decades of market expertise to help clients make confident, informed decisions.

My philosophy is simple: be available, advocate tenaciously, and always put my clients' interests first. Whether preparing a home for market, developing a strategic pricing plan, or negotiating on behalf of buyers in a competitive environment, I'm committed to delivering thoughtful guidance, honest advice, and exceptional results. Every client receives the same level of personalized service and sophisticated marketing, regardless of price point.

A consistent top producer and recipient of Gold and Platinum performance awards, I'm proud that my business is built on trust, communication, and long-term relationships.

Beyond real estate, I'm passionate about giving back to the community I call home. I'm a founding board member of Looking Glass Animal Rescue, serve as a therapy dog handler with my miniature poodle, Charlie, through ROAR, sit on the board of the Connor Sheehan Foundation supporting youth mental health initiatives, and am an active member of the Ridgefield Rotary Club.

For me, real estate is about more than buying or selling a home—it's about helping people confidently begin their next chapter.
