Candice Burtis Stafford is a third-generation native of
Westchester County, New York. Having lived in New York City
and Greenwich, Connecticut as well, Candice has first-hand
knowledge of both Westchester and the immediate surrounding
areas.
Candice has roots in commercial real estate, having worked for
a developer, Park Tower Realty Corporation, from the late
1980s to the early 1990s. A Bedford resident since 1994, she
has developed extensive knowledge of the town and
neighboring communities and has also cultivated strong working
relationships with local architects, builders and designers.
Candice's professional background, community knowledge and
associations with residential real estate experts benefit her
home buyers and home sellers.
Candice is a third generation member of
Westchester Country Club, Rye NY where she enjoys a round of
golf with her two children when she is not selling real estate.
