My wife and I were making the move from the Florida Keys to the Berkshires in October 2021. We made a quick weekend visit in September to view a few homes to get an idea of the area and neighborhoods. We had put an offer down on one of the homes we had seen while in town but were outbid due to the extremely competitive market!
