Bradley Brammer

Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker

Brad’s wealth of experience in real estate and his prior career in professional services make him an ideal partner for your next real estate transaction. Whether you’re a seller or a buyer, you can confidently rely on his deep expertise in real estate to ensure your sale or purchase is positive.

With over 20 years in residential real estate, Brad has successfully managed hundreds of sales for a diverse bevy of clients. Starting with his own experience buying and selling multiple homes to preserve and build wealth, Brad realized his passion. He took a leap of faith, leaving behind a progressive 13-year career in international tax advisory services, where he advised Fortune 100 clients on an array of realignment and tax-advantaged corporate structures - also providing the opportunity to use big words in his bio. As an informed, and oftentimes demanding client himself, he recognized the value that a knowledgeable realtor can offer. He has committed himself to being a cut above the rest.

In his first year, Brad earned the distinction of his firm’s Rookie of the Year award for Westchester County. He went on to build a thriving realtor coaching practice at prior firms while continuing to directly service clients. He firmly believes in giving back and elevating the real estate profession. He has worked with first-time buyers, renters, relocating professionals, distressed sellers, investors, and high net worth clients, with many past clients who have become repeat clients. He’s licensed in both New York and Connecticut.

Brad hails from Portland, Oregon and has lived in Asia and Europe, most recently in the UK before settling in to the NYC metro area. His career as a tax consultant, as well as personal travels, have taken him to over 25 countries, including much of the U.S. He has called Larchmont home for the past 24 years and today lives here with his partner, with whom he is raising 7 children. He has a love for the Sound Shore Community and all that it has to offer. When he’s not busy selling real estate and spending time with family, Brad enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and an avid social life.
