Bonnie Garguilo is an award-winning Realtor with 35 years of experience in greater Litchfield County, CT residential real estate.

Bonnie specializes in all aspects of residential real estate with emphasis on luxury real estate, weekend homes, farms and lake properties, land and summer rentals. She enjoys working with first time buyers and can offer them a wealth of information and guidance.

Notable sales include two Washington masterpieces designed by turn-of-the-century architect, Ehrick Rossiter: The Sumacs and Rock Gate. She was the selling agent for Rye House in Litchfield in 2001. 

Bonnie has sold many homes on Lake Waramaug and Bantam Lake and several exceptional farms and horse properties including 100+ ac Anderson Acres Farm in Kent and the landmark Tatetuck Farm in Washington.

Bonnie, and her husband Larry, have been residents of Roxbury since 1990 and prior to that they were residents of Kent for 15 years. They have been through the construction/renovation process numerous times and are an excellent source of information regarding service providers in the area.
