Beth Hargraves, Maria Carlino and Bernadette Haley have joined Julia B Fee Sotheby’s International Realty as The HCH Team. The agent team was the first to operate out of the company’s new Irvington, N.Y. brokerage and will primarily service Westchester County’s Rivertowns including Ardsley, Briarcliff Manor, Cortlandt, Croton on Hudson, Dobbs Ferry, Hastings-on-Hudson, Irvington, Ossining, Peekskill, Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown to name a few.
Bernadette's goal is provide strategic expert advice to sellers, buyers, landlords and renters, entering an increasingly more sophisticated real estate market. Bernadette will guide you through the necessary steps, making sure you get the market knowledge, professionalism and service you deserve. By "putting my clients first", she provides personal attention, guidance and comprehensive information, including schools and recreation, for a wide range of neighborhoods and communities. Bernadette listens carefully and responds quickly to her clients' needs. Prior to entering Real Estate, Bernadette spent 30 years in magazine publishing. She served as publisher of America's largest monthly magazine, Reader's Digest, and as launch publisher of Rodale's Organic Style and Hearst Magazines Quick & Simple. She brings the same results-oriented energy and ability to analyze markets to the real estate profession, as well as an understanding of people's needs, the hopes and dreams that come with home ownership. Bernadette has a natural talent for creating "Win-Win" scenarios that helps her efforts on behalf of buyers and sellers to make the Real Estate transaction smooth with minimal anxiety. Bernadette and her husband raised their daughter in Irvington-on-Hudson. Their daughter attended the Irvington Public Schools from kindergarten through high school. Bernadette has served on the Publishing Advisory Board for Pace University and currently volunteers for Breast Cancer Awareness and is a Member of the Irvington Chamber of Commerce Board. Bernadette's interests include homes, cooking, entertaining, hiking, reading, movies and traveling with family and friends.
