Barbara Hickey

Real Estate Salesperson

From country estates to quaint cottages, Barbara is client focused, believes in a personalized approach to each transaction and insists it's not about what's best for her, but what's best for each client and customer.

From start to finish, when you call her number, you'll get her, not a team member or an assistant.  She will tailor her services to your buying and selling needs.  Let her show you how her hands on approach and attention to every last detail will get the job done for you.  There are no shortcuts for Barbara, there is no hype, just hard work and consistent proven results.  It's a high level of service that you deserve, you will not be disappointed.

Barbara and her husband Paul have 3 children and she is always proud to say that their children are products of the Stamford Public School System. Her eldest is a graduate of Bowdoin College, her daughter a Gettysburg College grad and her youngest a graduate of Wheaton College in Massachussetts.

Barbara specializes in patience, and understanding the needs of buyers and sellers alike, who are drawn to her calm nature. Her professionalism and knowledge base of the industry are evident from initial meeting, while exploring or pricing property and most importantly during the increasingly difficult process from initial offer and early negotiations, mortgage approvals and right through the day of closing.

Barbara's concentration is the Stamford market but also covers Greenwich, New Canaan, Darien and Norwalk.  As a full time agent since 2002, she consistently garnered the #1 sales associate spot at her former boutique firm, Juner Properties, and remains on the leader board annually at William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty.

Barbara's career in residential real estate began in 1982 and includes 10 years on the mortgage side of the business. She has a personal understanding of corporate relocation having relocated many times throughout the country with her husband and young children.
