Real Estate has always played a central role in Ardit’s life. He grew up in a family of property developers in Eastern Europe, before moving to the US where he became licensed as a broker in both New York and Connecticut, and completed a degree in business administration. Having worked as an on-site sales agent for two leading real estate developers, and for a start-up Sotheby’s brokerage in the city, he has seen every facet of a transaction from initial consultation to closing. He works with care, confidence, and finesse, managing what his clients call a perfectly executed process.
