I have been in the Real Estate business for 31 years. I love selling real estate. I help educate both buyers and sellers to the entire process. Knowledge is power. It is extremely important for buyers to have a trained buyer's agent representing them. It is mandatory in this buyer's market that the seller has an agent who is experienced and successful. I always work with a professional photographer to market my listings. I also recommends a professional stager when appropriate.
