Clint Rodenberg joined Margaret at William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty 15 years ago following a career as a top executive in the wine and spirits industry. He ultimately served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for the United States wine and spirits division of LVMH (Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton), the French luxury conglomerate. Bringing his exceptional business sense, marketing savy and people skills to the world of real estate, Clint has a distinct edge when it comes to strategically and aggressively marketing properties to generate optimal exposure, presentation appeal and sales price.
Jim Sperry began working with Margaret Muir over six years ago. He has extensive business experience including private investment banking - sourcing capital for startup companies, real estate entities and oil and gas exploration. Prior to joining William Pitt, he co-founded and operated a privately held company engaged in sports marketing, event and television production of live college and professional sports. His business transaction history with network and cable television, national consumer brands, and collegiate and professional facilities and leagues has served his real estate clients well. Jim is a longtime Connecticut shoreline resident and past President of the Yale Hockey Association and Madison Youth Lacrosse.
Maria Schiavello joined Margaret 12 years ago following a multi-faceted career in the New York City garment industry going from Design Assistant to Designer to Director of Merchandising for a multi-million dollar producer of men’s and women’s apparel and accessories. Maria’s interest in real estate began during a stint at another firm. Maria’s technical and organizational expertise in addition to her exceptional interpersonal skills make Maria an invaluable member of Margaret’s team.
