The Gigliotti Team Joins William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty in Southport

Southport, Conn. (March 18, 2022) –  William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty today announced the addition of The Gigliotti Team to its Southport Brokerage. Consisting of agents Anthony Gigliotti, Arielle Gigliotti and Julie A. Davidson, the team is excited to join the successful Southport office.

“We are thrilled to have these three talented professionals on board to help serve our communities in our prosperous and growing markets in Southern Connecticut,” said William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty’s Southport brokerage manager, Linda D’Amato. “The Gigliotti Team embraces the core values that help make our brand the premier global network that it is today.”

All three agents on The Gigliotti Team are passionate about local real estate. Team Principal Anthony Gigliotti’s philosophy in residential real estate sales is to “know your product and know your client,” he said. He strives to cultivate strong relationships with everyone he works with and is highly regarded for his expertise in the field. Born and raised in Fairfield and a current Stamford resident, Anthony said he “counts Southwestern Connecticut as part of my DNA.”

Previously working in finance, Anthony made the transition from equity portfolio sales to home sales throughout Fairfield County in 2016. In addition to helping individuals buy and sell homes, he has also developed relationships with local land developers and builders. New construction sales continue to remain a large part of his business. When he previously worked for his family’s business, The Gigliotti Group with William Raveis, he was personally part of more than $100 million in real estate sales.

Arielle Gigliotti’s passion for people and bringing them together led her first to the hospitality industry and, more recently, to the real estate profession. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Arielle recently relocated to her husband Anthony’s hometown of Fairfield. Arielle brings an impressive portfolio of experience in the hotel and hospitality industries, having worked for such notable companies as Hilton and Marriott. Her mission in real estate is “to help assist those in pursuit of the perfect home or piece of property.”

As a licensed real estate salesperson, Julie Davidson brings her extensive knowledge of Fairfield County, Conn., Westchester County, N.Y., and Manhattan to ensure that her clients find the perfect home every time. Previously, Davidson founded and served as CEO of Davidson Associates, a philanthropic advising, fundraising and management consulting firm. Before entering the real estate sector, Julie amassed more than 20 years of leadership roles in fundraising, communications, strategic planning and operations in museums, universities, healthcare institutions, social services and environmental organizations throughout Connecticut and Manhattan.
