Essex, Conn. – April 3, 2020 — William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that Mike Perkins will assume the role of Brokerage Manager for the firm’s brokerage in Essex, Conn. Perkins brings nearly 20 years of real estate and sales experience to the position including over 12 years in real estate sales management.
Perkins recently served as Brokerage Manager with William Raveis in East Lyme and Niantic, where he was awarded to the Chairman’s Club in 2015, earning the title of Senior Sales Manager. In that role, he practiced a collaborative management style and focused on real estate coaching and agent development.

Perkins is deeply involved in the local community, having served as a past member of the Essex Zoning Board of Appeals, the Essex Republican Town Committee, the Waterford Representative Town Meeting and the Essex Rotary Club. He is also a former owner of Perkins Oil in Essex. Currently, he is a state certified firefighter and a life member of the Oswegatchie Fire Co. in Waterford.
