Darien, Conn. (September 24, 2018) — William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty announced today that Darien agent Amanda Spatola has spearheaded an event designed to connect the community with experts and knowledgeable panelists on the topic of how home renovations can impact the sale of your home. “House Matters: A Moms’ Night Out Not To Be Missed,” will take place on September 27th at 65 Roton Avenue in Rowayton from 7:30-9:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
Wine and hors d’oeuvres will be served as the panelists and experts answer questions about real estate, design and architecture in a relaxed and inviting environment.
Panelists at “House Matters” will include Spatola, as well as Lynde Easterlin, an interior designer with over a decade of experience, and Katherine Eberly Spellane, an architect who opened her own architecture firm in 2015 after working for 10 years in Chicago and New York.
The event will be emceed by Lauren Jordan, a local actress and comedian. In addition to the panelists, there will also be three experts on hand to take questions regarding landscaping, mortgages and everything kitchen related.
“Renovating and then reselling your home can be an intimidating process, but this event is designed to take that factor out of the equation,” said Spatola. “We are lucky to have a very knowledgeable group of experts on hand who have real world experience that they can pass on to the audience. I am excited that this event will help guide people through the home renovation and resale process.”
